Return and Refund Policy for Ultrasonic Spatula

At EpiCure, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused and unopened ultrasonic spatula products within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used products, as well as items not in their original condition, are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
